That completely depends on what suppressor you are trying to fit. This handguard has a 1.72" inside diameter which means the suppressor would need to be smaller in diameter to fit in the end of the handguard.
I have a fake over the barrel suppressor that's made to look like a typical gem tech 5.56 suppressor and it fits very well within the handguard.
