I read here that it did not, so I bought the screws from aero ($3) but it did have the 8 mounting screws included. You do not get the screws with the barrel nut they come with the guard.

I ordered both the 9” and 12” rail from Optics planet - did not receive the mounting screws with either rail.

Yes it does come with the screws, however they are stealthally hidden in the little package that contains the extra little rail section. The package is only labled "Rail Section".
