Does this come with the T15 screws needed or do I have to buy a bunch from aero/local hardware store?

I read here that it did not, so I bought the screws from aero ($3) but it did have the 8 mounting screws included. You do not get the screws with the barrel nut they come with the guard.

How do you attach a Magpul flip-up front sight to this armguard?

The handguard comes with a small rail section for the very front of the handguard to mount a front sight.

Single M-LOK slots, less in half size of 33mm regular. at front and at receiver. What they for and how to use? Same on height but less on width?

These are just machining cuts to save on overall weight, help with dispersing heat, and to match the overall look.

Does this use a standard barrel but or proprietary

These handguards require this proprietary barrel nut: https://www.opticsplanet.com/aero-precision-ar15-bar-barrel-nut-and-shims.html unless you are mounting them on an Aero Precision Enhanced upper receiver.

Will this fit onto a radical firearms upper that originally came with the FQR set up? The barrel nut looks to be the same and clearance specs say 1.8”

The Aero Precision AR15 Quantum M-LOK Handguard will work with a Mil-Spec AR15 upper receiver but you will need to use the Aero Precision BAR barrel nut.

The Aero Precision AR15 Quantum M-LOK Handguard will not work with the Sig M400 unless you use the barrel nut at the link below.

is this compatible with Foxtrot Mike's FM-9? it looks like the screw holes are in the same spot at FM

From what information I could find the Foxtrot Mike FM-9 uses a proprietary barrel nut and handguard that lock into a cutout in the top of the upper receiver. Because of this design the Aero Precision AR15 Quantum M-LOK Handguard will probably not work. I recommend contacting Foxtrot Mike in regards to aftermarket handguard compatibility with the FM-9.

will this rail mount to any completed aero upper?

These Aero Precision AR15 Quantum M-LOK Handguards are compatible with the Aero Precision M4E1 upper recievers. They are not compatible with the Aero Precision M5 upper receivers. If you are using this hanguard on a standard Aero Precsion M4 threaded upper then you will also need to purchase the Aero Precision Barrel Nut.
