The handguard comes with a small rail section for the very front of the handguard to mount a front sight.
A different approach: I used a low profile MLok rail by Arisaka to mount my front sight a few inches front the front of the hand guard. The difference is negligible. The Arisaka rail also helps when using standard sights (DD fixed) on the 45 degree section of the hand-guard for both front and rear sights. The proprietary rail will have to go using this method. I had to file grooves under the MagPul MBUS front sight actuating levers to fit on the proprietary AP Quantum front sight rail. Currently running a PRi Rail Mounted Flip Up Front Sight on the Quantum front sight rail. Hope this helps.
yea like the other guy said there's a small rail section but the way the hand guard is designed you have to have the sight up at all times it.
