I have a standard ar-15 lower with glock magazine adapter and a faxon gen 2 9mm bcg. While this work in an ar-9 set up like that?

The Aero Precision AR15 Stripped Upper Receiver can be used for an AR9 build using the Faxon Gen 2 9mm BCG and Mil-Spec AR15 lower with a magwell adapter.

does this have the m4 feed ramps cut into the upper? the cuts that extend the feed ramps on the barrel extension?

You should check if the Aero Precision to see if the gen 2 lowers accept mil-spec uppers.
