I wanted to put a Holosun 507C on my AR and was shocked at how much risers are... that is, except for this one from UTG. It fit perfectly and is reasonably lightweight.
I can't see any reason to spend more.

This is a great choice for anyone doing a .30 caliber build. It's soft enough that you don't have to used too much torque to time your muzzle device but still firm enough to keep the muzzle device in place.

From my experience, I haven't seen a lot of difference in quality between different manufacturers in flash hiders. They look similar enough to maybe be made by the same people. However, the thing about buying one from Aero Precision, you can be sure that that the quality will be right up there with any of the other best ones.
The only disappointment is that it does NOT come with a crush washer. That's not a big deal but you should just be aware that you'll need to add one to your order to not be irked when your order arrives.

For the most part, an A2 flash hider is an A2 flash hider but I've found that when a common item like an A2 flash hider comes from Aero Precision, you can count on it being a top quality common item at a great price.

First, regular Buck 110s are beautiful with their wood and brass but then there's the Buck 110 autos. The one I received is PERFECT, BEAUTIFUL and just AMAZING. With wide selection of auto-opening knives, it's tough to know what to pick when buying one and I wasn't sure about spending the money for one of these.
However, I'm glad I did. This is a truly beautiful knife, the blade is super sharp and the blade release button is smooth and the opening has just the right amount of force.
The knife is not especially 'tactical' and it doesn't have a belt clip, but it DOES come with a nice black leather holder and will impress anyone who knows knives.
If you own a Buck 110 and ever thought about how cool it would be as an automatic knife, you should just go ahead and buy one of these. It's clear to me that the guys at the Buck factory take making these knives seriously because they are superb.

Beautiful quality buffer. This is another example of Aero Precision hitting it out of the park by offering a great quality item at an amazing price.
Everything about the fit and finish is perfect. I wish someone would explain why they would spend more.

This Upper Vise Block Clamp works great and OP has it for a great price. I've already used it twice and couldn't be happier.
I was initially looking at one of the 'action rods' for an upper build and after watching a number of videos, realized that this type of vise block is better for barrel and barrel nut assembly. An action rod is really only better for muzzle device installation and removal.
I've tried this vise block with an A1 upper as well as an A2 and several flat-top uppers and it fits perfectly with all of them. Unfortunately, it may not fit some uppers, like left-handed and billet uppers, but your mil-spec uppers will fit great.
I also really like the insert and gas tube guide. It helps prevent crushing the upper in case you're too happy when tightening the vise.
***NOTE that the vise block is made with two identical parts that are hinged together. This is NOT a mistake. However, it IS brilliant in design and smart in manufacturing. The factory can't assemble it incorrectly and you can't put your upper in the vise block in the wrong direction. It fits from both ends.

I was building an upper with a Faxon barrel and a Faxon gas block, so I thought it would be a good idea to use a Faxon gas tube.
When my order arrived, what I got was a plain SS tube mixed in with the rest of the items. There was no bag or packaging of any kind. It was only identified by a cardstock tag wire tied through the roll pin tube. Worst of all, there was no roll pin.
And yes, the Faxon tube is supposed to come with the pin.
I don't think I can blame Faxon for this. I contacted them by email and got a prompt reply and an apology. They let me know the roll pin was supposed to be taped to the tube. A couple of days later, I got a package with THREE roll pins.
While I liked using the Faxon gas tube, my next purchase will be more based on price. IMO, a gas tube shouldn't cost more than $18 to $20, if that much.

If you're reading reviews for this buffer spring, you're probably wondering if a lower priced spring is any good. I would certainly recommend this one. It's as nice as any other carbine buffer spring and works just fine. Highly recommended as a backup spring or as a spring for any new build.
