The Aero Precision M4E1 AR-15 18in 5.56 Rifle Barrel Complete Upper Receiver with Flash Hider will work with a Mil-Spec AR15 lower, so it should work fine with that lower receiver.

The Aero Precision M4E1 AR-15 5.56 Rifle Barrel Complete Upper Receiver does not include a bolt carrier group so you would need one in order for it to function. However, the bolt carrier from your M&P-15 upper receiver will fit in this Aero Precision upper and function as intended.

The Aero Precision M4E1 AR-15 5.56 Rifle Barrel Complete Upper Receiver does not come with a front sight post or iron sights. The Aero Precision M4E1 AR-15 5.56 Rifle Barrel Complete Upper Receiver has picatinny rail on the top of the receiver and handguard to mount iron sights or and optic. However, MPN:APAR640221M2-KIT1 does come with a Sig Sauer red dot sight.

The Aero Precision M4E1 AR-15 5.56 Rifle Barrel Complete Upper Receiver has the handguard mounting system forged into the upper receiver. So the Aero Precision M4E1 AR-15 5.56 Rifle Barrel Complete Upper Receiver is only compatible with the Aero Precision M4 Enhanced Handguards. If you are using the M4 Enhanced Handguards with a standard AR15 upper receiver that is not an Aero Precision M4E1 upper you will need the Aero Precision BAR Barrel Nut.

The Aero Precision M4E1 AR-15 5.56 Rifle Barrel Complete Upper Receivers have the the handguard mounting platform forged into the upper receiver. So these uppers are compatible with Aero Precision Enhanced handguards.
