Can this be used on any lower for a build or does it have to be used with AP lower only?

I bought this in the picture shows that includes the trigger gaurd but when it was received it didn't include the trigger gaurd assembly.

The picture shows the Magpul MOE SL grip but the description and title say its the Magpul MOE grip (Not the SL). So which is it?

This kit includes the Magpul MOE grip, it does not come with the MOE SL grip.
