Optimal barrel length for a 350 Legend barrel is between 16" - 24" in length with a 1/16 twist. A 24-inch barrel averages 100 fps faster and 10 percent more bullet energy than a 16-inch barrel. A barrel shorter than 16-inches will begin to reduce the effective range below the established 250-yards.
