Will a dead air nomad suppressor fit with this upper’s handguard?

More than likely you will run into clearance issues. I would recommend using a different handguard in order to allow the Dead Air Nomad to fit properly.

THe Aero Precision M4E1 Threaded 8in .300 Blackout Complete Upper does not come with a charging handle or BCG.

Many upper receivers are marketed as "Complete" upper receivers but do not include a BCG or charging handle. If you are looking for a 300 Blackout upper that includes a BCG and charging handle, I'd recommend the TRYBE Defense AR-15 300 Blackout Uppers, found by using the link below:

Yes, the Aero Precision M4E1 Threaded 8in .300 Blackout Complete Upper Receiver is compatible with your Ruger BCG and charging handle. Any 5.56/.223 BCG will also work with 300 Blackout.

I recommend using an H3 buffer with the Aero Precision M4E1 Threaded 8in .300 Blackout Complete Upper Receiver. The buffer weight and spring located at the link below would be a good option.

What suppressors will fit this without changing the handguard?

The Aero Precision M4E1 Threaded 8in .300 Blackout Complete Upper Receiver handguard has an internal diameter of 1.3". So a 30 caliber suppressor with an external diameter less that 1.3" that has 5/8x24 threads will fit this upper.
