Answering my own question here. I eventually purchased this upper and tried it with my LWRC lower. It fits but with an issue, mainly the LWRC ambi right side bolt catch release paddle stays mostly in the open position. If you lock the BCG back, the right side ambi is essentially useless when trying to close the BCG. It sometimes work...if you press extremely hard on the paddle. Having this upper with an LWRC lower, you basically lose the right side ambi bolt release feature.
