This Aero Precision M5 16in .308 CMV Complete Upper Receiver only comes with this hand guard but you could buy a shorter Atlas hand guard separately.

This upper can chamber and shoot 7.62x51 ammunition as well as .308 Winchester.

Determining compatibility between AR10 components is hard because there aren't as universal standards as AR15's. This Aero Precision M5 16in .308 CMV Complete Upper Receiver w/ ATLAS S-ONE Handguard will work with DPMS pattern rifles, so it should work but fitment can't necessarily be guranteed.

Can it chamber 7.62x51

Yes - .308 WIN actually has a higher chamber pressure than 7.62x51, so rifles chambered in .308 can safely shoot 7.62x51.
