Is this the fluted 18” barreled upper?

The Aero Precision M5 18in .308 SS Complete Upper Receiver does not come with a BCG or charging handle. The BCG at the link below will work and the charging handle at the second link below will work.

Who makes the barrel and is it a heavy barrel
