Can this upper be used on any AR 15 lower?

No. It will need to be used on an ar10 lower. Compatibility is not as universal as the ar15's.

Is the gas block adjustable?

This Aero Precision M5 18in 6.5 Creedmoor SS Complete Upper Receiver does not feature an adjustable gas block. It uses a low-profile gas block with a mid-length gas tube.

Will this fit a gen 3 PSA ar10 lower?

We build our 308 M5 platform to the AR308 pattern, with a DPMS High Profile (.210) Tang rail and 1-7/16 x 16 TPI. Please note that our .308 products are machined to AR .308 specs, which is similar but not the same as DPMS Gen 1. Unfortunately, because there is no set standard, we are unable to guarantee compatibility with any other manufacturer’s products within this platform.
