Yes, the Aero Precision M5 20in 6.5 Creedmoor SS Complete Upper Receiver w/ ATLAS S-ONE Handguard should work fine on a DPMS LR 308 lower receiver.

The Aero Precision M5 20in 6.5 Creedmoor SS Complete Upper Receiver does not come with a BCG or charging handle. The BCG and charging handle at the link below will work with these uppers.
