Aero Precision does not provide the diameter of their Nylon Tipped Tension Set Screw, it is designed to be inserted into the grip tang of Aero's Gen 2 Lower Receiver and tightening against the upper receiver until there is no wobble between the 2 parts. I'd recommend reaching out to Aero Precision directly for more information.
