It should be fairly universal for the 2nd hole behind grip screw hole. Ive seen it work on regular and 80% lowers of various brands.
No they will not. I ordered one for my spikes phu joker lower after noticing it had a second hole already drilled and threaded. This nylon tipped screw aero uses is alot larger in diameter and will not fit spikes lowers. I still have not found a tension screw that would fit, ya'd think spikes would include one.
