Will this mount work with a Ruger 10-22 (tactical model 1261) with a ATN Opmod 320 3-6x thermal scope? The center of the ATN is about 3.45”.

The Aero Precision Ultralight 30mm Scope Mount will mount to picatinny rail so you will need to replace the weaver rail on that rifle with a picatinny rail. However, the Aero Precision Ultralight 30mm Scope Mount should work with the that ATN OPMOD scope.

Yes. The Aero Precision Ultralight 30mm Scope Mount will work for a Vortex Viper HST scope. Keep in mind this mount is designed for the AR platform and will be mounted fairly high to allow for clearance of objective lens, and a more natural head position for the AR platform.
