Yes, this Agency Arms Magwell is compatible with the Gen 3 Glock 17, 22, 24, 31, 34, and 35.

Does the gray color match up close to sniper gray cerakote?

The Agency Arms Magwell, Glock 17 Gen3 Gray model is anodized and cannot be guaranteed to match a different gray finish. Angency Arms states the following as well. " **Disclaimer : Color of the actual product may vary from the image. The magwells are anodized and there will be variation in the coating from one run to another** ".

Polymer 80 states that Glock magwells are not compatible with their frames.
