The AGM Global Vision Taipan TM10-256 Thermal Imaging Monocular is a handheld monocular. It is not designed, and will not attach to a picatinny rail system.

It has a screw hole like many photographers' cameras do, so you can screw on an adapter. Lots of places to buy an Arca rail adapter, Picatinny rail adapter, and M-LOK rail adapter.
