I have recently purchased the same model in the V2. And I have the 35 rattler in the V1. Looking at this model that is labeled the optics planet line. It is the V1. This model likely takes two 123 batteries where is the V2 comes with two rechargeable battery packs. Also the button configuration is different than the V2. These buttons are tighter together than on the new versions. The V2’s also now record with sound, whereas the V 1s did not.
