While the AGM Global Vision PVS-14 Weapon Mount is compatible with the AGM Global Vision Wolf-14, the Wolf-14 was not intended to be mounted to a firearm and may cause damage to the unit under recoil.

In short, I would say no. The wolf series is not rated to withstand recoil.
