The AIM Sports Inc Sub-compact 1x24mm Red Dot Reflex Sight is not directly compatible with the Glock 43X. Optic ready models of the 43X (MOS) are designed to accept optics with the RMSc footprint. Direct fit options include the Sig Romeo Zero, Vortex Defender CCW, Shield RMSc and more. If you do not have an MOS model 43X, you can use the Evolution Gun Works Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Sight Mount (linked below) to mount this optic. However, both the optic and the adapter plate would overhang your slide on each side.
