Will this mount to the side mount of a SDS lynx 12?

Yes, the AIM Sports AK Double Side Rail Mount w/ Picatinny Rails should be compatible with the Lynx 12 although some minor modification may be required.

Is it low profile or can it be used with iron sights?

Yes it can, but once an optics is on the rail, the iron sights will be blocked.
