Yes. You can use any Aker Leather Model 268 Flatside Paddle Xr17 Thumb Break Holster that is compatible with the standard Glock 43. Those holsters are MPN:H268BPR-GL43 (Right hand/Black), MPN:H268BPL-GL43 (Left hand/Black), MPN:H268TPR-GL43 (Right hand/Tan), and MPN:H268TPL-GL43 (Left hand/Tan).

Does anybody know if this holster works with the hammer in the cocked or down position?

We do not recommend carrying this holster style with the hammer in the cocked and lock position unfortunately.
