Is this BCG still having problems ejecting 9mm rounds

We have sold a lot of these bolt carrier groups with very few issues or returns that had to do with the actual function of the bolt carrier group. I would take the reviews listing issues with ejection as fairly isolated issues that could be caused by a large number of factors seeing as both reviews are using this bolt carrier group in a "Frankenstein" build. So assuming that the issue is purely caused by the bolt carrier group and not a combination of things would most likely be wrong.

Is this a ramped bcg that will work with a standard ar15 hammer?
