Is the extractor a TiN coated MIM OEM part?

No it is not: The striker, extractor, extractor depressor rod and safety plunger are all precision CNC machined from heat treated 17-4 stainless. The extractor, extractor depressor rod, striker and safety plunger are TiN plated.

This slide kit on alpha shooting sports website also says its compatible with glock 26?

I believe you are referring to the kit that does not include the guide rod and spring assemble, as the G26 has a different recoil system. We do not currently carry that particular kit.
