No, this is for removable magazines.

I have a Remington 700 adl which I put in a Magpul hunter 700 stock which uses AICS mags. Works flawlessly. I don't see why this wouldn't work since the bling mag part is built into the original stock and would be removed when installing the action into this chassis.
