How much upper reciever rail lug space does the base of this mount use when considering mounting backup iron sights and/or a 45° red dot offset?

The American Defense Manufacturing 1-Piece 2in Offset Scope Mount base is 4" long. So is will mount to 4" of picatinny rail.

What is the distance between the two rings, please, for the AD-RECON-M-30-STD?
