Will this fit a Savage A 17 factory mounts?

The American Defense Manufacturing AD-RECON-S 20 MOA Scope Mount uses a picatinny mounting system. You would need a continuous piece of picatinny along the top of your rifle in order for this to mount correctly.

ON the american Defense Recon 20 moa scope rings what is the difference in the standard mount and the tactical mount?

The Standard has Standard locking levers and the tactical has a little bit larger easier to pull tactical locking levers.

Yes, the American Defense Manufacturing AD-RECON-S 20 MOA Scope Mount should work as long as the Trijicon scope either has a 1", 30mm, or 34mm main tube diameter.
