The standar lever is just a straight lever. The tactical lever has a bit of a teardrop extension on the bottom-rear of the lever.

The Tactical version has a larger paddle compared to the Standard.

The tactical version has wider release paddles. The tactical version is better if you use gloves. Otherwise, they are essentially the same.
