Has anyone used this mount a on a Ruger Precision Rifle yet? Just curious if the height was too high/low. Any other issues good or bad?

The height is actually ideal on the Ruger Precision rifle and would be a great option. I would be cautious of mounting a quick detach style mount on magnum caliber rifles without tightening down the tension on the mount.

What is the difference between the standard and the tactical levers?

The standar lever is just a straight lever. The tactical lever has a bit of a teardrop extension on the bottom-rear of the lever.

Will I need a riser if I mount an 4x16 with 42mm objective?

The American Defense Manufacturing AD-RECON Scope Mount is designed to work with scopes with objective lenses up to 56mm. So you will not need a riser for your scope.

This American Defense Manufacturing AD-RECON Scope Mount may work, but I would recommend using two piece rings to mount the ATN Scopes.
