How much does it raise the EXPS?

It raises the height of the optic .250 placing the iron sights in the lower one third.

Will this work with both the EXPS3-0 and a G33 on this one unit simultaneously?

Yes, you can raise your exps3 and g33 together and pull them both off at once if you need to.

The R2 Riser is made to work with the EXPS EOTech Optics with the built in QD Lever on the optic itself. The ETECH Riser is not compatible with the EXPS optics.

Will this fit the XPS2 Optic?

It will fit any Eotech. They designed this one to compensate for the release levers on both the Eotech EXPS and the new style magnifiers which have a release lever.
