Is the motor head integrated with the feed trough? And is that motor head protein feed comparable? Or is the three way head a gravity feed option?

The XDE-Pro is capable of Twist Lock or Flat Mounting to the feed trough. For questions about protein feed compatibility, you would need to contact Boss Buck directly, as they have no information published. https://www.bossbuck.com/contact-us/
