The AmeriGlo Glock Tall Serrated Rear Sights (MPN:GL-419) feature a 0.335 in. (8.51mm) overall rear height with a 0.255 in. (6.48mm) rear blade height. MPN:GL-420-451 features a 0.451 in. (11.46mm) overall rear height and 0.371 in. (9.42mm) rear blade height.

Will this work with a Glock 48, and if so what should the front sight height be to pair with it?

This will not be compatible with the Glock 48, this sight is made for full size Glocks and they will be too wide for the slide of a Glock 48.
