No, the Ameriglo DEFOOR Tactical Sets do not sit high enough to allow for a co-witness with your optic. Something like the Angry Bear Arms Glock Bear Bones 42/43/43X/48 Blank Tall Profile Small Frame Pistol Sights would be tall enough to allow for an absolute co-witness on your 43X, and can be found by using the link below:
