Will this fit the 45 shield

Yes, the Ameriglo Spartan Tactical Tritium Night Sight will fit all model M&P Shield model pistols with the exception of EZ model Shields.

Will the stock set screw for the rear site fit this site?

Ameriglo says
"I am not sure if the stock screw will fit but yes we do include a set screw for the rear sight for the model SW-456".

No, the SHIELD uses a different sight set
