Is this compatible with the cva accura lxr 50 cal? Not sure what threads just double checking

Yes. The Anarchy Outdoors CVA Paramount Full Port Muzzle Brake for .50 Cal (MPN:ANA-BMB-CVA45MB / MPN:791617485891) will be compatible with 50 Beowulf. As long as your rifle utilizes 3/4x24 TPI threads.

Assuming I thread the barrel myself would either the .45 or .50 work on a 12 gauge
