What is the inner diameter (ID) of the product? Meaning, the diameter of the hollow hole which goes through the center of the product. Thanks.

The only specifications provided by Anarchy outdoors are:

Outside Diameter: 0.61" / 16.8 mm
Length: 2.81" / 71.4 mm
Weight: 2.5 oz
Material: Stainless steel (17-4), Black Nitrite finish
Comes with 2 different sized O-rings

What bolt carrier will this work with ? Will it work with 9mm ?

This is made for mil-spec AR15 bolt carriers. It may work with some 9mm bolt carriers that do not have a counter weight.

Will this extension work with an AR-9, Law Tactical Folding Stock, and Armaspec SCS? The extension appears much longer than my current one.

This will work with some 9mm bolt carriers that do not have a counter weight. Armaspec does not make an item called the SCS, this will however be compatible with the JP Enterprises SCS. This is listed as compatible with the Armaspec SMB Sound Mitigation Buffer.

Can this be used with the JP 9mm silent capture buffer and BCG?

This is only compatible with AR15 mil-spec bolt carriers and it will not work with pistol caliber bolt carriers since they are not mil-spec.

Just purchased a FO Fx9mm 4"pistol. I am working on attaching a folder brace. The mil spec bolt carrier extension doesn't fit. Any aft market items ?

This is only compatible with mil-spec AR15/5.56 bolt carrier and it will not work with some pistol caliber bolt carriers. The FX-9 bolt will not be compatible with this adapter. Freedom Ordnance offers a bolt extension for use with the law tactical folder, it can be found here: https://freedomordnance.com/product/law-adapter/

Does the rod travel all the way threw the adapter or is it possible to close off the inner end to prevent debris from getting in the lower receiver?

The rod/plunger will need to travel through the adapter, because of this the adapter is completely hollow and cannot be closed off unless the stock is unfolded.
