You would need a BCG and charging handle, an optic or iron sights, and a complete lower.

I noticed on Anderson's website one of their 16" barrel CMV Parkerized will not cycle sub-sonic. Will this upper & barrel cycle sub-sonic ammo?

Per the manufacturers website, they recommend to use 110-125 grain supersonic Ammo.
