will this work with the M&P 2.0 10mm ?

The Apex Tactical Specialties Action Enhancement Polymer Trigger & Duty/Carry Kit for S&W M&P M2.0 is not certified for use in the M&P 10mm according to the manufacturer.

The Apex Tactical Specialties Action Enhancement Polymer Trigger & Duty/Carry Kit for S&W M&P M2.0, M&P 45 100-126 will work with the first generation M&P 45.

No, the Shields have their own trigger kit per the Apex website
