Yes, these Arc Division Enhanced Slides are optics cut with the Trijicon RMR footprint. Since the Holosun 507C uses the Trijicon RMR footprint, it will directly mount to the slide without the need for an adapter plate.

The Gen 5 model of the Arc Division Enhanced Slide for Glock Pistols will fit a Glock 19X.

The Arc Division Enhanced Slide model: MPN:NPR-195-B is compatible with the Gen 5 Glock 19.
