Are the zippers lockable?

The Armageddon Gear Perfect Carbine Case features Para-Cord attached to the zippers that could be used to run a lock through. However, lockable zippers is not an exact feature this case provides.

Will thus case accommodate an M4 carbine with a 30 round mag installed in the mag well?

Yes. The Armageddon Gear Perfect Carbine Case will accommodate an AR15 with a 30 round magazine installed. The 35” version is perfect for a 16" barreled carbine. The 42” version is perfect for a 16"-18” barreled carbine with a suppressor attached.
