Yes. The ArmaLaser Colt Mustang XSP Laser Sight will fit the Colt Mustang Lite (380 ACP) and Mustang XSP. It features Grip-Touch Activation and an Ultra-bright Class 3R 635nm <5mW red laser (MPN:TR17) or Ultra-bright Class 3R 520nm <5mW green laser (MPN:TR17G).

Mustang "Lite" is not the same as the "Pocketlite". I do not believe it will work with the Pocketlite.
