For the VP9SK, you will need to select the GTO/FLX82 model.

Yes, MPN: GTOG/FLX55 is listed as being for the H&K VP9.

What are the deminsions? Will it fit in a holster? If so, what holster(s) will fit the HK P30 fitted with this laser?

The dimensions should be approximately 1.25-1.50" all around. This will not work in standard holsters. You would need to get a holster specifically meant to accommodate this laser unit.
