The lifespan of an image intensifier tube varies. There are also many other factors that contribute to a device's lifespan such as; care, maintenance, and proper storage.

can you use a x3 screw on lens like on the pvs 14, screws right on the end ?

The Armasight MNVD-51 Gen 3 Bravo IIT, Multi-Purpose Night Vision Monocular is not compatible with the PVS-14 screw on x3 lens.

What model is recommended wilcox mount and j arm

The MNVD uses a mini-rail for mounting the device to a helmet. This device could be mounted to a helmet using a Wilcox G11 mount with a MUM USGI Mil-Spec J-arm.
