The Athlon Optics 2.5-15 x 50 mm Rifle Scopes do not come with rings. The guide at the link below will help you determine what height rings you need for your specific set up.

What country are athlons made in

Some Athlon scopes are made in China and other models of their scopes are made in Japan.

Yes, however since it's not a listed caliber you can use the STRELOK PRO phone app to get exact holdovers for any caliber using this reticle.
