The turrets will always match the reticle, so the MOA reticle will have MOA turret adjustments, and the MIL reticle will have MIL turret adjustments.

MIL turrets are in MILs. MOA turrets are in MOA. MRAD scopes are in MILs. MRAD means that there are 10 clicks to each MIL.
