The turrets will always match the reticle, so the MOA reticle will have MOA turret adjustments, and the MIL reticle will have MIL turret adjustments.

"APLR" stands for Athlon Precision Long Range Reticle. The APLR2 reticle will be the updated Athlon Precision Long Range Reticle.
"Direct Dial" is Athlon's marketing-speak for adjustable parallax.
