Yes, the Helos BTR GEN2 6-24x56 has parallax adjustment. This is a typo on Optics Planets website.

The Athlon Optics Helos BTR Gen2 6-24x56mm Rifle Scope has a total elevation adjustment of 100 MOA and total windage adjustment of 80 MOA.

Yes, the Helos BTR GEN2 line features locking turrets as well as a precision zero stop. The only exception is the capped 1-10x28 model.
